Overview
Our client from Indonesia is building a highway and needs rubber tyred gantry cranes to lift and transport the girders. As a result, the client ordered 80 ton rubber tyred gantry cranes which will be used to lift the precast girders from Huadelift. Rubber tyred gantry cranes are commonly used to build bridges, highways and other large infrastructure projects.
80T Rubber Tyred Gantry Crane Solution
The 80 ton rubber tyred gantry crane will be designed to lift precast girders weighing up to 80 tons, with a height of approximately 30 meters and a width of 20 meters. The rubber tyred gantry crane will be equipped with eight rubber tires, which will allow it to move easily around the construction site. In addition, the rubber tyred gantry crane will be powered by a diesel engine with a power output of at least 400 horsepower, with a hydraulic system that will control the movement of the boom, the trolley and the hook.
Safety is a top priority in the design and construction of rubber tyred gantry cranes. The 80 ton rubber tyred gantry crane will be equipped with several safety devices, including overload protection, emergency stop button, anti-collision system, outrigger stabilizer and more. Construction, assembly and commissioning of the 80 ton rubber tyred gantry crane will be completed prior to delivery. The 80 ton rubber tyred gantry crane will be fabricated with a steel frame that will be designed to withstand the weight of the segment girders. The 80 ton rubber tyred gantry crane will undergo factory commissioning to ensure it meets all safety and performance requirements.
