Overview
Thanks to the excellent service and equipment provided by HUADELIFT, a customer from Malaysia enquired about the tyre transporter. Due to the need for lifting equipment to carry the I-beam at the casting yard for the bridge project, the client has ordered 2 sets of 150ton tyre transporters from Huadelift.
150T Tyre Transporter Solution
The tyre transporter is a special vehicle used to transport prefabricated reinforced concrete and various types of beams at a prefabrication factory or bridge site. The tyre transporter is commonly used in bridge projects as a supporting equipment for bridge erecting machine.
While communicating the technical specifications of the tyre transporter with the customer, we communicated the details of the steering system of the tyre transporter, etc. The main car is designed with a power drive, and the aux car is designed without a power drive and has a steering. Both the main car and the aux car work synchronously well.
Result
After finalizing the technical requirements of the tyre transporter, the customer was very satisfied with our design proposal and signed a contract for two 150 ton tyre transporter.
