Our customer from Philippines ordered 2 sets of 70ton straddle carriers from Huadelift to lift the I-girders. The customer’s casting yard produced a batch of I-beam girders that required straddle carriers to work, our client finally decided to choose Huadelift.
70T Straddle Carriers Solution
The 70ton straddle carriers used in the casting yard is a highly technical project that required experienced professionals and appropriate equipment to ensure safety and accuracy in construction. Before starting to design straddle carriers, it is necessary to fully communicate with the customer regarding technical parameters, including the determination of span, lifting height, lifting capacity, special technical requirements, etc. We have continued to engage in in-depth communication with our customers regarding the straddle carrier configurations. Straddle carrier accessories are selected from Cummins and other international brands.
After the straddle carrier production and delivery is completed, our engineers come to the customer’s site to guide the straddle carrier installation and commissioning, and to address the customer’s issues with the straddle carrier installation and operation. In addition, attention should be paid to the accuracy of the lifting operation, such as the height of the lift, the speed of the lift and the angle of the lift. If any unexpected circumstances arise, it is necessary to stop work immediately and take appropriate measures to deal with them. Finally, after hoisting is completed, detailed inspections and records are required to ensure the successful completion of the straddle carrier.

For these two 70ton straddle carriers, we communicated with the customers in detail for over a month to finalize all technical parameters and configuration details and sign the sales contract.
