A client from the Argentina needed girder bridge trailers to transport precast girders for a high-speed railway project. Due to the customer’s trust in Huadelift’s product quality and excellent service, the customer ordered 2 sets of 200ton girder bridge trailers from Huadelift for this project.
200T Girder Bridge Trailer Solution
The 200ton girder bridge trailer was independently developed and manufactured by Huadelift. Technical personnel continue to upgrade and optimize the technical requirements. The body weight is much less than before, but the transport capacity remains the same, which can save the manufacturing costs and improve girder trailer efficiency for the production enterprises. Following the completion of production, our technicians are conducting the final commissioning of the 200ton girder bridge trailers to ensure its quality and safety.
In order to meet the customer’s requirements, we have conducted a detailed communication regarding the technical parameters and other requirements of the girder bridge trailer. In accordance with the special working conditions, our technicians carried out adaptive technical modifications to the girder bridge trailer, upgrading the brake system, power system and other measures to ensure safe and orderly construction.
Result
The 200ton girder bridge trailers will be transported from China to the construction site of a high-speed railway in the Argentina, where it will play an important role in the construction of the high-speed railway.
