On February 8, 2023, the 120T rubber tired gantry crane purchased by the UAE customer from Huadelift was successfully installed and commissioned. This successful cooperation is inseparable from the friendly communication and mutual trust between the two sides. During this on-site installation process, the customer chose online installation guidance. In order for rubber tired gantry crane to be successfully installed remotely, the Huadelift after-sales team and the customer installation and commissioning team created an online communication group. Due to the time difference between the UAE and China, the Huadelift technical guidance team has been fully cooperating with the customer’s on-site staff to ensure that any issues encountered by the customer during installation are promptly resolved.
On February 8, 2023, all functional tests of RTG crane were completed. According to the customer’s on-site feedback, they successfully passed third-party testing on February 18th and obtained RTG crane certification. Due to our friendly communication and close cooperation, the installation and debugging have been successfully completed.
