Overview
Huadelift will supply 2 sets of 240ton beam dolly cranes to transport large beams or heavy loads for Chile Highway Construction. A beam dolly is a heavy-duty piece of equipment used to lift large and heavy loads, typically used in construction and manufacturing settings where large beams or girders need to be lifted and moved into place.
240T Beam Dolly Solution
The beam dolly will be equipped with special attachments that can securely grip and support the girder while lifting the U girder without damaging it. The beam dolly is also required to have a high weight capacity and be able to maneuver in tight spaces, as U-girders are often used in bridge construction and other projects where space is limited.
The transport mode of the beam dolly is a conventional way, with the main car at the rear and the auxiliary car at the front, driven forward by the main car. Safety is paramount when using beam dolly to lift heavy loads, so the beam dolly is equipped with safety devices.
Result
